Our History
Tecnous’ historical journey begins in the year 1983, when the German company Wandel & Goltermann GMBH decided to open a branch office in Argentina.
In the year 2000, Wandel & Goltermann sold their equity to an American financial group; and merged with another American company called TTC, which caused reorganization and a name change.
From then until the year 2003, it was known as Acterna International.
In the same year, and because of the economic situation Argentina was going through, they decided to close their branch office in our country.
That is when the key employees accepted the challenge, and decided to keep the company alive. After a transfer of shares, the name TECNOUS S.A. was born.
